What if I need to modify my order?

We use SSL encryption in the website to secure all your personal data. If you need us to delete all your personal information like your name, address, city, email, just tell us by email

What exactly happens after ordering?

We process the order in the warehouses (packaging, labeling) in 2 to 3 working days and we ship your order in 12 to 17 working days. We will send you email notifications so that you can track your order.

How to get a refund?

To do so, please send an email titled “REFUND – Order Number” to support@fur-best.com. Please mention your nameaddress, and the reason why you want the refund. You will get back your funds after you return the product in the same package to our warehouse. The shipping address will be provided to you by the support. The shipping costs are on the customer.
