What are the issues under our responsibility?

 If it’s the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you expected --> then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a full refund after we receive your returned product.

How to issue the refund exactly?

To do so, please send an email titled “REFUND – Order Number” to support@fur-best.com. Please mention your name, address, and the reason why you want the refund. You will get back your funds after you return the product in the same package to our warehouse. The shipping address will be provided to you by the support. The shipping costs are on the customer.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
