Yes you can cancel your order within the next 24 hours after placing your order. To do so, please send an email to: email@example.com, and put in the title the world CANCEL, with your order number, and the reason behind that.

Yes, you pay for your order after checkout, and we deliver your products.
When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.
If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you’ll be asked to enter them when you click ‘Pay Now’.
Refunds & Returns
You can issue a refund on your orders 30 days after receiving it. Otherwise you are no longer eligible for a refund. However you can still talk to our support via email and we will solve your issue if anything is not OK with your order.
To do so, please send an email titled “REFUND – Order Number” to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your name, address, and the reason why you want the refund. You will get back your funds after you return the product in the same package to our warehouse. The shipping address will be provided to you by the support. The shipping costs are on the customer.
